Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering as these terms will apply to any orders you place. On receipt of deposit payment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.  We recommend that you save a copy of the terms to your device for future reference (to help the environment, please don’t print them unless you really need to) .

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not place an order.

Your use of our Site, and any orders you place, is governed by our Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.  Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you.
  

We would always advise customers with allergies to check with us when ordering. Once the food is with you it is your responsibility to inform your guests or anyone receiving your order of the allergen content. We accept no responsibility once your order has been delivered. On receipt of deposit payment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 

 But just remember that because we use many ingredients and shared equipment in our kitchens, it’s impossible to guarantee that AtoTea food and drink will be 100% allergen-free. Nuts aren’t used as an ingredient in any of our products, unless specifically requested (e.g macarons). However, we cannot state our food is nut-free or allergen free. While we require all suppliers to have allergen controls in place, we can’t be absolutely certain there is no risk of cross-contamination. 

All food leaves us in prime condition for your enjoyment. Once you have taken delivery of your afternoon tea, AtoTea will no longer be responsible for the condition thereof.

All products are subject to availability. In most cases, we will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.

We do not use nuts in our products (unless specifically requested), however, some ingredients are produced in factories that handle nuts. Our full ingredient list is provided with every order.

We do have a number of options available for vegetarians which are indicated on our menus, however please note that we do not have a dedicated preparation or cooking area for vegetarian, vegan food. If you have any questions regarding this please speak to us directly.  

Some products may have been previously frozen.
